Credit card details are required to secure your booking. These details will officially confirm your booking (you will not receive further confirmation). You will be contacted by the organisers if there are any changes.

Room Availability
Every effort is made to satisfy accommodation requests, however accommodation is confirmed on a first come first-served basis and is subject to availability. Please note: All rooms at the hotels listed below will be available at the advertised rate until Friday 22 January 2010, after this date rooms will be subject to availability.
Cancellations/Amendments
Accommodation cancellations/amendments received after Friday 22 January 2010 will be charged by the hotel according to their cancellation conditions.
All changes of accommodation requirements must be advised in writing either by mail, fax or email to the conference secretariat, ICE Australia Pty Ltd.
Please be aware that the hotel may deduct the first nights' accommodation as part of their booking terms and conditions. Delegates are responsible for settling their own accommodation and incidental accounts / payments will not be debited from your card. |
