On behalf of the International Commission for Optics (ICO) and the Australian Optical Society (AOS) as host society for the meeting, we have pleasure in inviting you to attend the 21st Congress of the ICO, to be held in Sydney in July 2008. The theme of the Congress is “Optics for the 21st Century”. The technical program is wide-ranging and will capture all aspects of modern optics and photonics. In keeping with the tradition of ICO Congresses, we have also arranged a program of social events based around Sydney and its beautiful harbour. We look forward to welcoming delegates from all corners of the globe to Sydney in 2008!
ICO Offer: Delegates to the ICO Congress can purchase "Advances in Information Optics and Photonics" (Editor(s): Ari T. Friberg; René Dändliker) for the SPIE member price of USD $72 compared to the regular price of USD $96. A small number of books will be available for purchase at the meeting.
